Comments: I have been reading and watching Science Fiction - the good, the horrifically bad, and the breathe-taking, reality-altering best - for over 35 years. When my cable company finally added SciFi channel to the standard lineup last year, I discovered what is undoubtedly the best science fiction program television has yet to produce. Farscape drew me in with it's truely amazingly Alien aliens, intersting sets (finally!) and superb makeup, then hooked me with crackling story telling. This year I set aside Friday nights for Farscape, which led me to give time to the two lead-in programs, Dead Zone and Stargate SG-1. Interestingly enough, even though I've been a passing fan of Stargate for several years, I find that without the promise of a Farscape at the end of the tunnel, I am not tuning into SciFi Friday. I look forward to tuning in again in January, and had anticipated at least one more year of this fantastic, intellectually stimulating, gotta see TV. I even thought you might have a tidy little franchise on your hands. I'll be joining many others this year to shell out money for yet another Star Trek movie, just as I have (and will, should it come to pass) for the X-Files. Sure would like to have the chance to spend my time - and money - on Farscape. Please give me a reason to keep tuning into the SciFi channel, and keep Farscape running into a fifth season - and beyond!

Comments: I am astonished. Farscape has been a bulwark of the Sci-Fi channel for four years. It's the Only, and I do mean Only, reason I watch your channel. I'm in the right demographics to purchase products from your advertisers, and I do. I believe it is a grave error to expect Stargate, and the ailing and cancelled X-Files to buoy your channel the way the award winning and highly acclaimed Farscape has. I am really just too stunned to make my point with any efficacy. How short-sighted. And, how unfortunate for the fans and the Sci-Fi channel. The rave reviews, critics' choice articles, and many awards Farscape has garnered are very likely to be the last the Sci-Fi channel will ever see. I am bitterly, bitterly, disappointed. Once again, science fiction as a whole, and your channel in particular, will be lesser when Farscape is gone. Susan Evans
