Comments: With declining populations in general, the council should work much harder to redevelop some of the brownfield sites that are going to ruin.

Comments: This space must be retained for leisure use, it will be a criminal offence of residential housing is allowed. Swansea Council stated that it would keep all open spaces and Clyne Valley was one mentioned in this, so how can they change their minds so quickly. If the Council keep eating into all the areas of beauty in Swansea we will have nothing left but a concrete jungle with no where for the public to unwind and enjoy.

Comments: To lose this unique and precious nature trail, so popular and therapeutic for walkers and cyclists near the heart of our city, to residential development would be a great tragedy. Please re-think the LDP and preserve this site for future generations and for all our sakes.

Comments: It is vital that Swansea keps its open recreational areas. Swansea's desire for building development without ensuring other facilites are adequate, as demostrated in the latest Marina free-for-all, must be checked.

Comments: This is a glorious asset for visitors and residents alike. If Swansea is at all serious about enhancing its status as a tourism area, it must protect all these glorious parks. If new houses are needed, then every effort should be made to bring tired/derelict houses in the city centre to life or to develop on brown field sites on the edge, where industry has moved out. The bay and the green lungs, such as Clyne and Singleton, are the best assets the City has. Do not destroy them!

Comments: I object to the destruction of this beautiful area which gives so much pleasure to so many people and which has a very rich history attached to it. The remaining green areas of Swansea seem to be under increasing threat from the shortsghted policies of the Council. To allow building in this area would be an unforgiveable act of municipal vandalism. The houses built on such developments are in any case rarely affordable by local people so this proposal makes no sense from any perspective. Clyne Valley should be left as it is.
