This directly helps iwth keeping young people positively linked and involved in positive activities that stimulate fabulously healthy development in many areas of their lives. But especially it helps keep young people away from drugs and alcohol and other unhealthy risk taking activities. Both Councils should be take direct responsibility for ensuring that this land is secured for all these important aspects that affect the young people living in their LGA. |
