Howdy Ags!
This petition serves to voice to the Texas A&M University administration students' support for a proposal put forth by students that would leave the Policy Sciences and Economics Library (PSEL) in its current location. The administration has proposed moving the library to a location that is significantly smaller and would contain less resources as well as being more difficult to access. Once moved, the space would then allow the current PSEL site to be used by the Bush School for incoming professors and graduate students.
The students' proposal would provide ample space for the new faculty and students by placing them in the site the PSEL is slated to move to. By signing this petition you will help students show the administration that you understand both proposals, but support the one that is more beneficial to the 1300 undergrads in Political Science and Economics instead of the one that would benefit a handful of graduate students and approximately five faculty members. Please sign this petition and support the student led proposal to save the library. Thank you for your support!! |
