| 4209 | Zack Wathern | I hope someone in power sees these words form everyone who has signed this. I have collapsed my right lung 5 times, the last time was because I was trying to take a deep breath and I coughed and it just popped. I have so much trouble breathing since they switched the CFC Inhalers and I just cannot afford the HFA inhalers, so I am doing without and taking my time at whatever it is I am doing at any givin task. I ring my hands all the time wondering if I will die because I cant breath right. Well..... as long as someone is making a name for themselfs and a little extra pocket change, my life dont matter I guess. PLEASE change this senseless ban on a product that will give me back some kind of normal life and dont let me die this way.!!!!!!!! | IN |
| 4210 | Anonymous | IT"S ALL ABOUT MONEY
From the NEW YORK TIMES: "But the cost difference has meant HUGE gains for drug companies. As people switched to HFA inhalers in 2006 and 2007, sales of all albuterol inhalers jumped from about $500 million to $1.1 billion, according to I.M.S. Health, a health care information company. Of the 40.5 million prescriptions written for albuterol inhalers last year, it said, about half were CFC and half were HFA inhalers." | TX |

| 4214 | Dan Brodie | I am a senior and who never smoked and I am newly diagnosed with asthma. I cannot afford $40.00 for Pro-Air or any other. I used the first proair in 10-12 days. What is a person on S.S. and Medicare supposed to do in order to breathe...something has to be done to help americans young and old to be able to afford a HFA inhaler if that is all that is available...and why do they call it generic and charge tier 2 prices!? | AR |

| 4217 | John Poulin | I have had asthma all my life. I have tried the the non-CFC type of inhalers and it takes 2 to 3 times as much a dose for it to even begin to work. They are not all that much cheaper and if I am using three times as much to get the same relief as the CFC inhaler than it actually ends up costing more. My issue is NOT with the cost, but the fact that the non-CFC inhalers do not work. | MA |

| 4230 | Nancy B. Blair | I do not expect to live in a life threatening emergency
due to the extinction of the CFC asthma inhalers. I too, will probably be extinct by summer. The government has no clue of how many people they are affecting with their bad judgement. | GA |
| 4231 | robert c. martin | the hfa inhaler has made my conditionj worse from the very first use. We must return to cfc inhalers. Let me know what I can do to help accomplish this objective. It needs to be done immediately if we are to have a life. | CA |

My daughter has been having severe breathing problems since using the new inhaler. she needs the old CFC asthma inhaler. I also have asthma, but not as severe right now, so I will be giving my CFC inhaler to my daughter so she can breathe. | NY |
