| 2401 | Anonymous | I have used 3 types of HFA fast acting inhalers and none of them work for me. I have had asthma for years without any flair ups over the past 4 years (as long as I used fast acting inhaler when needed). Now, I have been to the doctor twice for steriods because I am having extreme flair ups and HFA inhaler is not working. This is a risk to my health and getting to be rediculously expensive. | AL |
| 2402 | Kelley Barrios | The new inhalers DO NOT WORK as a rescue inhaler. I go through them quicker than my dr. can write prescriptions for them because they don't work and I over use them in desperation. PLEASE bring the old ones back. If I die because of and asthma attack who will be my newborn's mother? | CA |
| 2403 | Cheryl Nicholson | My daughter needs this inhaler to be able to control her asthma. Please bring it back! | AL |
| 2404 | Meghan McAdorey | By far the CFC albuterol works much better in relieving my asthma symptoms!!!!!!!!!! | MD |
| 2405 | Rocky | I have been able to live normally for the past 10 years using the Warrick Inhaler. Nothing else works like it. Who are these people to make arbitrary desisions that affect my ability to function. | MO |
| 2406 | Julie | I have been a Respiratory Therapist for 12 years. I have never seen so many Pulmonary Patients in distress. This is a form of torture. Let Patients have their life-saving medications. HFA inhalers do NOT work for everyone. | AZ |
| 2407 | Matt Deguitis | My 7 year old son cannot breathe. His new HFA inhaler makes him wheeze MORE not LESS. Thank You FDA! | AZ |
| 2408 | Anonymous | Primattene Mist was my life saver on vacation in a tiny town in the middle of the night in the middle of no where. I beg that this not be banned. | NY |
| 2409 | Anonymous | This is gay, pretty sure people like to breath.
why would they ban the inhalers, dumbasses. | MO |
| 2410 | Anonymous | pulmanory patients are suffering. This is so wrong.
They need our help. And we need to get them back to what they need. this is so wrong and we need to fight this | IN |
| 2411 | Carol Cranmore | The ProAir inhalers are completely ineffective for me. PLEASE do not ban regular CFC inhalers -- I am honestly scared that I will die if all I have to rely on is the new type of inhalers. Thank heaven someone is stepping up to be a voice for people with asthma and others who rely on CFC inhalers to maintain some sense of a normal life. | MI |
| 2412 | Aaron Perez | | TX |
| 2413 | Randy Bandy | What ever is in these new inhalers makes asthma worse, who ever come up with this stuff needs to have an asthma attack and then maybe they will listen to reason rather than money and enviremental morons. | MO |
| 2414 | Michele Campbee | CFC inhalers are the only ones that work. | CA |
| 2415 | MegMinto | | CA |
| 2416 | Kristi Young | I have to use the new proair inhalers up to 4 times more in a day than the old albuterol CFC inhalers! I'm all for being environmentally friendly, but not at the expense of someone's life and health. BRING THE OLD ONES BACK! | NJ |

| 2423 | Pat Schutz | My daughter and grandson RELY on these inhalors for their life. The small amount of pollution caused by these inhalors is no big thing compared to human lives. | NJ |
| 2424 | Kay Badertscher | The HFA ProAir does not work for me. I always walk every morning, and have to take CFC albuterol a bit before I go. Well, my albuterol CFC was replaced with HFA ProAir at the pharmacy. I used it and it did not do me any good at all. Had to turn around from my walk and go back home and thought I would not make it. When I could get my breath again, I then used some of my husband's CFC albuterol, as he still had some, and I was able to do my walk again. Please bring back CFC albuterol. My husband is much worse than I am, and he has COPD and allergies and must have his rescue inhaler. He also uses a nebulizer with albuterol and ipratropium 3 times a day and advair twice each day. He has to have 2 puffs of CFC albuterol each morning before even getting out of bed, or he can't breathe by the time he gets around the corner to the bathroom. I know the HFA plugs up and has to be rinsed out after use, and you have to take a good deep breath, etc. I can read instructions and do follow them. When he needs a puff of albuterol CFC ..he NEEDS A PUFF, just to survive. This is one of the most ridiculous bans against mankind. We need our CFC albuterol medication, not the ethanol in the ProAir and Proventil, plus he needs the force of the CFC because of not being able to inhale enough, as he is short of breath, with a flattened diagphragm and can't inhale deeply enough of the meds that use HFA as a propellant let alone the ethanol that is in it. He has allergies, also. GIVE US BACK THE CFC ALBUTEROL. | FL |
| 2425 | Marianne Allegra | There are better, less life threatening ways to reduce our carbon footprints. Return the inhalers to the millions that rely on them! | WI |
| 2426 | Anonymous | I want to know specifically the names of the people who put this policy through. I don't think they have the least idea of what has been done but we should inform them personally.
I want to know who to sue if something happens to my child. | WV |
| 2427 | Nick Ritter | The new ProAir inhalers are completely useless. I searched my house up and down and finally found an expired CFC inhaler. It works great, but its running out, please bring the old inhalers back. | MD |

| 2430 | Cynthia Ritter | Help! My son is suffering greatly due to the new albuterol inhaler delivery system using HFC. An asthma sufferer since he was 2 yrs. old, his asthma is now worse than ever at age 22 due to this new system which contains ethanol. Please bring back the CFC inhaler. People are turning blue trying to "go green!" | MD |
| 2431 | Michelle Rosata | | MD |
| 2432 | Nisha Desai | This is so unfair. With costs of living at an all time high I cannot afford to pay double for a BREATHING medication. I have had asthma since I was two years old and the only rescue inhalers that worked well were the CFC inhalers. I am in disbelief the FDA would blame the ozone and give asthma patients a less effective medicine. PLEASE bring CFC inhalers back as I am now going to have to spend more money on Advair and Singulair which are also only available in brand. | TX |
| 2433 | carmen | For my friend Nick. Why are you making these people suffer? Please keep it on the market, do you want people to DIE!!!!!! | MD |

| 2436 | MICHAEL LEVERO | GOOD LUCK | MD |
| 2437 | Steven Valore | I am not being rescued by the new Proventil HFA inhaler. It may even be making my asthma worse. This is making me so weak from lack of air that working is a problem many times. I need help! I need the original medication that I have used to control my asthma for over 30 years! | CA |

| 2444 | Anonymous | Such draconian measures! Shame on those who wish to take life's breath away from a relative few, for questionable reasons. | MD |
| 2445 | ian winner | i cant breathe with the new inhalers | OR |
| 2446 | Anonymous | I have COPD. I used the Warrick albuterol with a great deal of success for about 10 years.A year or so ago, my Rx plan started sending me other brands, still CFC, but not as effective. About 3 months ago, my prescription plan sent me the Proair HFA.
WOW - what a difference.
They are awful. Nasty taste to begin with, and they do virtually NOTHING to stop your symptoms.
They say you must inhale harder with these - I say "YOU try it when the whole reason you're using it is because you CAN'T inhale !!??!!
I find it very hard to believe that the small amount of CFC's exhaled is damaging to the environment - have you ever been behind a city bus? Now THAT'S pollution!
WE NEED OUR CFC INHALERS - WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO --ALL DIE -- BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT REALIZES THIS IS A MISTAKE?
Don't forget, DC. when I die, you get no more tax money from me.
PLEASE HELP ALL US SUFFERERS. | NY |

| 2448 | naila rashid | i just googled albuterol and heart palpitations and came across several websites with people saying the new HFA inhalers give them palpitations. i had no idea! i never used to get them. this is terrible! | LA |
| 2449 | Anonymous | this is all some liberal hippy load of crap passed under the clinton administration. what's next; carbon credits from al gore to be able to flatulate? Seriously!!?? Come on! I would love to choke some of our congress members to give them a glimpse of what an asthma attack feels like, and then not let go to show them what ineffective medication feels like. WAKE UP! | TN |
| 2450 | Anonymous | It's fine to drive a supersize SUV, but the government's banning MY INHALER? Unbelievable | NY |
