The piece of land in front of the Wabush Hotel is in the process of being sold by Wabush mines to a developer for the purpose of putting a hotel/ contractor camp!!! I don't think this is the right spot for this. Summer program uses this area for the kids. This land could be made into a walk park for the families of these two towns. There is lots of land around the town to put a hotel.
