Comments: I feel there are far more important things happening in this world than continuing to build housing most people cannot afford.

Comments: It's important for the City's heritage tourism to celebrate Greek Thomson and CR Mackintosh. Now that we have open vistas to the SE from the QM bridge and from the 60 Steps, it would be an act of folly to obscure North Park Terrace and the Mackintosh annex to North Park House.

Comments: Please ensure that the Kelvin walkway and the area around the proposed development site, the former BBC headquarters site by Queen Margaret Drive, are protected from careless development! These areas are precious to Glasgow residents!

Comments: I agree with the comments above - the proposed development is excessively intensive, the blocks of flats are too high and they come too close to the river.

Comments: The West End that I grew up in has been systematically blighted by the endless building of new flats. The area is already overpopulated and congested with traffic. The River Kelvin is the jewel of the West End and its only haven for wildlife. Progressive, intelligent planning would understand and protect this, but Glasgow councillors are notorious for ham-fisted, short-sighted and ultimately crass decision-making.

Comments: plans for development on the site formerly known as Broadcasting House 30 Queen Margaret Drive Glasgow should be amended to protect the Kelvin Walkway, and the views of the river bank from the Walkway and the Queen Margaret Drive Bridge.

Comments: Such developments are in direct contradiction to Glasgow City Council Development Plans that recognise the value of open spaces with natural corridors such as the Kelvin.
