Concerned citizens of Ashland are outraged that Capital Properties is being allowed to develop the historic Valentine Estate affecting the safety of our community and burdening already overtaxed town resources such as:
water & sewer
health & safety
schools
We urge the Ashland ZBA, SelectBoard and all other town officials to scrutinize what is being proposed at 133 West Union Street and do what is right for the Town.
