Comments: The tree is far more important than a curb cut. You can find another place to park your car. Old growth trees are not replaceable.

Comments: This tree is a member of the elm family. I hate to see a tree taken out all for the sake of a drive way!

Comments: I am dismayed in general at the development on Broadway, but this tree is far more important than a CURB CUT. We are short on Boston's goal of increasing the number of trees as it is; we hardly need to take an additional step back.

Comments: Hopefully, they have an alternative place to make the curb cut. Even if it costs more to do, it's worth it.

Comments: the Menino administration talks the talk about trees, but they sure don't walk the walk! The same attitude prevails about parking-lots of sympathy but let a development come along and whoops, the residents can go hang! Taking this tree impacts both the lack of green and the lack of parking. The developer builds and beats it-we live with the results.

Comments: South Boston needs its trees. Trees help to clean the air. This curb cut will only help developers will not help the community in any way.
