Caroline West is having a certain operation soon to reduce a certain part of her body which has become near and dear to all of our hearts. The purpose of this petition is to bring us all together to celebrate the good times we have had with Caroline's lovely features, and to let her know that it's ok if she decides to not go through with this operation. We'll always love her, either way.
