I have been going into this pub since 2006 when it was a wreck and doing hardly any business. The difference when they took over just over 2 years ago has been there for all to see, well kept beer which is rare in many pubs these days, got rid of the troublemakers which the pub was well known for and attracted lot more customers. I think you will be in for a shock when your takings plummet, many customers who drink in there regular like myself will not be returning, by the way I am not a youngster. I regularly spend £50-60 a week which will now go somewhere else like many other customers. If you know anything about the pub business in Glossop then you would know that the Surrey was one of the busiest pubs in Glossop during the week, I know because I have tried them all. Your company certainly knows how to ruin a good pub, you must be mad! Keith RowleyFlag
