Cheetahs are the worlds fastest land mammal reaching 45 mph within seconds. They have golden yellow coats with black spots along there body. Up close they're easily identified from their relatives in the cat family, noticeable by their tear lines (a black line that runs from each eye to the edge of their mouth). These creatures are certainly one of a kind, but they are suffering from habitat loss in the African savanna, forced to fight amongst themselves for food they are slowly dying. Farmers in Africa are killing cheetahs that try to eat there live stock in an attempt to survive. I want to make people aware of this problem before this extraordinary creature goes extinct and once you've truly lost something there's no bringing it back.
