The local authorities covering Ravadinovo village are attempting to exploit an EU directive and stop animal movement through the village. This movement of animals to pasture has been going on for decades and ultimately provides employment and income for the village. The daily mobement of cattle, goats and sheep along the lane here is part of what makes Ravadinovo special. Visitors here love to see them and hear the tinkling of the bells, In effect they are an attraction to visitors to the village and I want to preserve the rural heritage that the bureaucrats wish to spoil.
