    Comments: I support RI's primary seatbelt law. Driving in the state is awful and I want all children, including my own, to be as protected as possible. My almost 3 year old is STILL REAR FACING!! I intend this until she hits the maximum weight in her convertible car seat. Thank you.

    Comments: I support RI's primary seatbelt law. Driving in this state is awful and scary at times and I want all children, including my own, to be protected. My child is almost 3 and she is still REAR FACING. I intend to keep it that way until the maximum weight limit is reached in her convertible car seat, which is 45 lbs. Thank you.
