   Comments: Maintenance of the Mersey Valley needs to be a priority, and requires specialist skills, different to maintenance of a public park. The Mersey Valley provides the freedom of open space and varied wildlife which is vital to the thousands who regularly use it.

    Comments: The wardens do a fab job organising community days, keeping the water park safe and clean, looking after the plants and wildlife and organising events for local people. my fear is that without the wardens the park will become littered and unsafe and will no longer be a nice place for us to use.

    Comments: Me and my team had a teambuilding day at Chorlton waterpark last year which involved renovating an area of the park that had started to look overgrown. The warden involved was very helpful and enthusiastic, it would be a great shame for them to beremoved from the park.
