    Comments: Please try to find another way to rectify the situation without taking away what little park we have. I am an avid outdoor person and I use that area of the park on a multi-day-per-week basis. I also take my children there. I spend my money in the area sometimes before and after visiting. If that area gets taken away, I may be forced to travel to other areas of the metro area; more than likely I would have to go into Cedar Rapids and spend my time and money there.     Comments: By eliminating this park we'd be destroying a peaceful habitat within a growing commercial area. Also by expanding this area we could cause a huge effect of the Indian Creek causing harm to an even larger area.

    Comments: The city of Marion does not have enough parks/greenspace! It does however have plenty of land for condos elsewhere. I am a huge proponent of construction and building of places for the rapidly growing population of Marion. Taking away part of a wonderful park in the middle of town is absurd! Marion is better than this. Ben

    Comments: It is a beautiful course that is greatly enjoyed by the public. It has been there for many years. Disc golf is continuing to become more popular. We need to keep adding new courses and need to cherish the established courses like Legion Disc Golf Course.
