Comments: Back in 1991, for my Eagle Scout project, I refurbished the trail and did erosion work on the wooded part of the course with nearly 100 volunteers. I would be very disappointed to see that area sold to developers.Flag -

Name: Janet Hrabak on Jun 19, 2012Comments: I am an employee of the Villages at Marion. We are a Senior Living Independent Apartments and Assisted Living Apartments. Thomas Park is our back yard. They love watching the kids play all summer and watch the kids sled all winter. It would be a shame to take away a beatiful park were we all played as children and where we take our children to play. Just so we can build MORE condos?? Also we have a peaceful patio area off of our Assisted Living building that looks out to the wooded area, our residents sit out on that patio all day every day. Our Residents here are so upset, they lay awake at night. They want Thomas Park to stay the way it is!! Help our Senior Resident keep their beautiful view. Save Thomas Park! NO CONDOSFlag
