    Comments: Bringing in corporations and allowing them fishing licenses will no only wipe out the small independent fisherman but also may affect stocks and corporations could come in with big ships/wriggings and fish till stock is depleted, just for profit

    Comments: Why is this issue still on the federal govt's agenda? It is obvious that the Harper federal govt does NOT listen to the 99%. The only voice they hear is that of the 1%. In fact, they don't even wait for the 1% to say anything. This action by " our" federal govt is all about the Corporate interests, not that of the majority of average income population. We want our voices heard.

The reason many people visit PEI is for its quaint fishing villages, and easy lifestyle. Bringing big industry onto this island will forever change the face and balance of its pristine natural ecosystem.
