Comments: Like Gold's Scrap Yard (which was removed by the City) before it, the Furgary Boat Club is part of what makes Hudson Hudson. It would really be a shame if all that heritage and family history were lost. There ought to be another solution besides outright eviction.

Comments: Decades ago, bulldozers smashed into the historic General Worth hotel, obliterating a magnificent piece of Hudson history. Not long after, the entire area of North and South Front Sts and adjoining streets fell in the name of urban renewal, a plan sheathed in a cry for "decent, safe and sanitary" housing. Almost overnight, structures with personality were replaced with sanitized housing units, an obscenity that still stands as a monument to shortsighted thinking and a middle finger treatment of Hudson history. Let the madness stop NOW!

Comments: this is a piece of Hudson's history which deserves to be saved. There are other areas of the waterfront which should be developed for public access.

Comments: This whole lawsuit is nothing more than a stunt by Cheryl Roberts to get elected to the Assembly. Its a sad stituation that the Hudson Mayor turned his back on his constituents.
