   Comments: Like Gold's Scrap Yard (which was removed by the City) before it, the Furgary Boat Club is part of what makes Hudson Hudson. It would really be a shame if all that heritage and family history were lost. There ought to be another solution besides outright eviction.

Almost overnight, structures with personality were replaced with sanitized housing units, an obscenity that still stands as a monument to shortsighted thinking and a middle finger treatment of Hudson history.
