We, the American Postal Workers Union, urge the public to oppose the Postal Service's announced plans to consolidate the Corpus Christi Main Post Office with the San Antonio Post Office, and to reduce service standards which would result in drastic cuts in service to the American people. A public meeting will be held to share the initial results of the study and allow members of the community to ask questions and provide feedback. The public's input will be considered prior to a final decision. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at Wolfe Recital Hall, Del Mar College East Campus corner Ayers & Kozar, Corpus Christi, TX 78404.
