We need the goverment to look at the laws regarding Foster children. How many times does the parent get to mess up and still keep getting kids back. It should be once child or children are taken away for the 2nd time thats it all rights lost. We are just throwing these children back to parents just to be abused again and hearts broken. They say they look out for best interest of children but it's not really like that. They are pushing to get these kids back so they dont have to pay. Well start keeping all tax returns and garnish wages each week until the child is 18 or out of college. This will lighten the load on the other tax payers. THE BEST INTEREST OF CHILDREN NOT THE GOVERMENT!!!!
