Name: Kara Akers on Oct 31, 2012Comments: Dear City of Rome, I have adopted 2 cats from Torre Argentina, as well as, spent my vacations assisting with the wonderful work the Association has done to sterilize the cats of Rome and to keep the cats of Rome healthy. Why would you want to close such an association that has done so much for the city of Rome, the cats of Rome and the people of Rome. This would be a terrible mistake. Sincerely, Kara Akers Palm Desert, CaliforniaFlag

Name: Dorothy Guild on Oct 31, 2012Comments: This shelter has done nothing but good work for Rome and her citizens and the volunteers who work there are very upright and loving individuals. What a shameful thing this would be for this shelter to be forced out of the surroundings that it has occupied for years. I have personally visited the shelter and it is well run for loving care individuals.Flag

Name: Robert O'Connor on Oct 31, 2012Comments: Torre Argentina cat sanctuary performs invaluable work and does not damge ancient monuments as La Reppublica have claimed. A road was already built on the ruins occupied by the cat sanctuary and the city is ripping it up again to build. tram link! People will not stop dumping cats at this site so what will happen to the cats then?Flag

Name: Angela Pinter on Oct 31, 2012Comments: Without the association of the cat colony at Torre Argentina Rome would be full with sick and neglected cats struggling for their lives. I have always loved to visit Rome for the "simple" reason that there is a safe haven for cats. Please let the people of Torre Argentina Cat Sanctuary keep up their most valuable work.Flag
