    Comments: Jade Rutanen has been a long time resident of Chatham and has worked in and supported a great number of Chatham businesses. She and her husband have worked hard to create a unique place for people to dine that South Chatham should be proud to promote as a fun destination spot in its town. There must be a compromise that will allow the Box Office Cafe to grow their clientele, stay competitive and continue to employ Chatham residents while ensuring the health and safety of its patrons according to the Board of Health.     Comments: The Box Office Cafe is a thriving local business that is not only a place to buy coffee, sandwiches and pizza- it's a meeting place for all of the residents. It would truly be a shame to see a small business with such hard working owners lose it's ability to compete. I simply cannot understand why the town would not be doing everything it can to help them succeed.

Not only does the business hire locals but it is a popular gathering place for friendships. The town of Chatham should try to figure out every possible way to enable this establishment to thrive in these tough economic times. The Box Office is a good neighbor in a great neighborhood.
