    Comments: There are many alternatives to a sale. Once it's gone- it's gone! The community of Bodmin will never again enjoy such a large and centrally located facility. Where is the community consultation and demonstrable options appraisal? Would an asset transfer to a community organisation that can apply for grant funding be the answer?

    Comments: i used this venue as a child. my son now uses it also ..without the PUBLIC rooms where do we go?? I belive with the pedestrianisation of the town this venue could be paid for in lots of ways
