Save the Beach Fire Pits!

37 Signatures Goal: 1,000,000

Upper class residents of Huntington Beach are complaining about "smoke from firepits" affecting their health and might succeed soon in passing a law to REMOVE ALL FIREPITS from the beach. We say leave our public beaches alone, and go after factories! If you live in LOS ANGELS and think a decision in Huntington Beach won't affect the beaches of LaLa - Think again! Once this upper class BS decision will be passed, the days of So-Cal Fire pits are numbered! We say NO to beach front property owners trying to dictate the lifestyle of millions of residents wanting to enjoy public beach bonfires. They say it's damaging to their health?! How many of those hypocrites have fire pits in their backyards? This is clearly NOT about health. What about factories that are polluting the air? Smog? Cars? Really?! It's the firepits that need to go first? It's the marshmallows that are the problem here? Join this page and the battle to keep FREEDOM to the public to enjoy FREE QUALITY FAMILY TIME on beaches that BELONG TO ALL OF TAXPAYERS. Let's keep the fire burning!
