Name: George Coombs on Jan 25, 2013Comments: This is a much-loved programme, with a faithful following. To put it on so early on a Sunday morning is a betrayal - the audience will be tiny and those who listened in the familiar time of 8.30 will experience a serious loss. Please restore it to its customary time as soon as possible.Flag

Name: Eveline Couzens on Jan 26, 2013Comments: I am now in my late 80's, and as a retired Church organist I dearly love to hear the hymns and prayers on SHH and have listened for many. many years. How sad that a beautiful way to end the Lord's Day has now been taken away from us.Flag

Name: Richard Steel on Jan 26, 2013Comments: I am concerned about the way this decision has been reached, and the very different time slot the programme has been given. Many of those who value the programme will not want, or even be able to, listen that early in the morning.Flag

Name: Mark Edward Whall on Jan 26, 2013Comments: Extremely upset by the decision to move this long running programme. I will not say I am a deeply religious person but Sunday night is a time when one is not always at their happiest and this programme has always given me a lift. Why must radio 2 constantly seek to become more 'trendy'?Flag

Name: Margaret Wyllie on Jan 26, 2013Comments: Many elderly people aren't able to listen online and listening at 6am is a very different thing to listening at the end of the day. Why can't we have an hour in the evening.?Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jan 27, 2013Comments: For a public broadcaster, this is a poorly thought-out decision. Many of the loyal listeners are elderly and will not hear the programme when it's broadcast, and the BBC is making a huge and very rash assumption that they will simply switch to i-player to listen.Flag

Name: Jacqueline Price on Jan 27, 2013Comments: My husband (who sadly died 2 years ago)and I listened in for last 15 years, and I have continued, although churchgoers, we enjoyed this on sunday evenings- I was shocked to find it had been axed, and really miss it, I am not likely to be listening in at 6 am, or technically minded (although only 63) to record it- please restore it to original slot. It seems there is a decision at the BBC to get rid of many christian programmes, and by moving this to 6 am they will be able to show a very low no of listeners and axe it altogether, so removing yet another.Flag

Name: Michael Fleming on Jan 27, 2013Comments: This is an awful decision that effectively terminates the programme in a slot that is worse in my view than a late evening graveyard slot. The decsion also is an attack upon the Christian heritage of the country and is discriminatory against elderly people who might not necessarilly be conversant with modern technology.Flag

It is a great way to ease into a busy week. I am deeply sorry that the BBC have moved it from its regular Sunday evening slot and I really miss it. Please consider bringing it back.Flag

Name: Angela Pelosi on Jan 28, 2013Comments: Keep Sunday Half Hour at a time people can watch. 6am is limiting the viewers and will ultimately result in lower ratings which only serve to enable the BBC to drop yet another Christian programme from their list. Keep Sunday Holy! keep Sunday Half Hour at 8.30pm.Flag
