There are many wealthy students in Sri Lanka Universities. Poor people must not pay for the education of wealthy.
University education in Sri Lanka must be free only for the students who can not afford to pay. Student who are above a certain income level should ask to pay for their education according to their family income.
Bank loans or any other loan system should be available to students and students must ask to pay the university education loan after they get a job.
Many pundits will disagree with this idea but poor in Sri Lanka must not be forced to pay for others university education.
Government funding fully for university education means poor in Sri Lanka is paying for others university education.
Education is a basic human right but must only be up to grade 12.
