    Comments: With all the publicity about the Big Noise Project, looking to expand it to other areas, the associated benefits etc, it seems ludicrous East Ayrshire are halfing their budget for music instruction. This will also undermine a foundation for music learning and the benefits and life lessons built up over the last twenty years which has been at the heart of the school band system.
