We, the undersigned, express our dismay at the proposed development of 32 St Faith's Road, SE21 8JD (App 11/03853). We are convinced that the overdevelopment of the site will have a severe detrimental effect on the historic botanic garden of the South London Botanical Institute, a site of importance for nature conservation (SINC), and threaten its biodiversity. We urge that the appeal against Lambeth's planning refusal (APP/N5660/A/12/2182312) is rejected.
