This concerns your County, and this Landlord, and his Property Manager, of Blue Diamond Apartments, Louisville, Kentucky.

This Landlord, and his Property Manager, are knowingly placing these unsuspecting, low-income, adults, children, infants, newborns, and pregnant women, and their unborn, into these apartments that are infested with molds toxicants.

These molds toxicants causes permanent, serious, physical, and mental harms, and are known to cause, deaths.

These molds toxicants in all of these buildings, and all of these apartments, deems all as being unfit, unhealthy, uninhabitable, condemning living conditions.

Caused by this Landlord, and this Property Manager,who are wantonly, defiantly, not complying with your City, Housing Codes Regulations, that mandatory requires them to make, and to keep all of these apartments in a fit, decent, habitable living conditions at all times.

For my concerns for all of these tenants healths, this Landlord, and this Property Manager, must immediatedly comply to make all of these buildings, and all of these apartments, fit, decent, healthy, and habitable by the total elimination of these molds.
