We, the undersigned are against allowing Homestead Community Developement Corporation (HCDC) and proposed lessee, Green Energy Team LLC from developing any homestead benefit agreement relating to a 30 year lease of approximately 2,143 acres of lands located in Anahola, Kauai. We believe if this request is granted, it will displace Native Hawaiian ranches and ranchers, who have and continue to support, educate and nurture "Na Paniolo" to native Hawaiian and other children within our community as they grow to become our leaders of the future.
