Dear Martins Beach, LLC, Keep Martin's Beach access open to the public. The beach, ocean, and waves belong to everyone. We must uphold the Coastal Act (Article 10, Section 4) and keep the precedent in place that California's Coastal Zone is a free place for enjoyment by all.
