We, the parents of Mann Elementary School, petition Robert Bobb and the Detroit Public Schools to remain as a public school and add 6th grade so we will not be forced to find another school. Mann is a school of excellence that has done nothing but excel throughout the years. They are providing students with a comprehensive and rigorous education that prepares them for higher learning and life. Permitting Mann to remain public and adding 6th grade will increase enrollment and not lose students to charter and suburban schools.
