Comments: There must be another solution to the need for the bakery to expand. Please think this problem through more thoroughly.

Comments: Since before I moved here I have traded with Pixie. She has the finest and most reasonable prices on her meats. Never any complains. She is also very fun to talk with and cares for her customers. Please, save the little meat market that is family to our community.

Comments: Before I even moved to this little town, I gave my business to Loleta Meat market. Pixie is such a good hearted person, who knows her customers as friends. Please, don't shut the doors on our friends livelihood.

Comments: If the bakery will use their other building "The Gilded Rose" the parking in Loleta would improve. It is difficult just picking up the mail in the morning with the bakery being so popular.

Comments: The landlords own multiple properties some that are vacant if they want to expand move to one of the other vacant buildings. Do not put a local business out that has been there for 80 years. It is unbelievable and unforgivable.

Comments: I certainly will never even enter the Loleta Bakery again, regardless of how much I've enjoyed it. People like this don't belong in small communities. We are passionate about our locally owned small businesses, especially those that have been in business for generations.NO BUSINESS, EQUALS NO BAKERY!

Comments: I was a resident of Loleta for many years and counted both Pixie and the Van Der Zee's among my friends. This breaks my heart. Please Peter and Jeanne, do not push out Pixie. You two have so much and this has been more than her livelihood for so long. Perhaps you could utilize the Gilded Rose (that you bought and closed so many years ago) for your new bakery location. Or just be happy with the many customers you now have and don't push out someone living a a very simple life so that you can now have even more than you already do.
