Name: Sara Starr on Jan 11, 2013Comments: The main reason I stop in Loleta is for the meat market and its wonderful selection of local sausages. If it is closed, I have no incentive to visit the town and hence the bakery. You will lose business if the meat market is gone. Please rethink your plans.Flag

Owners: Realize that there will be no back-support in our community of Loletians if you ever try getting rid of one of us, we will fully defend person(s) and show the truth on how stingy and rude you are.. The meat-market deserves to stay because of how hard their friendly, sweet, funny, smart, hard-workers put such effort to bring joy and love through food! Thanks.Flag

Name: Amanda Plants on Jan 11, 2013Comments: It is very sad to see so many iconic businesses closed down in this area. For whatever reason these people have to close down the meat factory, it is stupid. It is a business that is providing not only a service to the community, but jobs local people who desperately need it. If the thought is that by closing it and expanding a part of another business will provide more income for the "owners" pockets, they need to think again. What will end up happening is they will hardly have any business at all because of the outrage of the Community members. Then they will ultimately be forced to close down every business in that building because no one will want to purchase from them. Now but I think about it ... if that were to happen and that building had to be sold at auction.. the community could purchase the building and bring back the meat factory. :)Flag
