We feel that kids may do wrong because they may be hanging out with the wrong crowd. we feel it would benefit teenagers ages 12-18 to be headed in the right direction by, having a safe fun environment to hangout and relax with no worries. We feel it should be in a closed place so they're are no chances of violence and or the cold or rain. We feel parks may be unsafe and it needs to have chaperons of course. Just a place for kids to hangout and be themselves. Also if anyone violates the rules they may be kick out or if it was a horrible offence they may be kicked out for good. Rules would be no fighting and people who bring in drugs, alcohol, and or weapons will be immediately band from this activity and hangout area. We may also work with an H2O or a bowling ally for now but hope to grow into its own place and we just hope for a more safe and happy environment for teenagers, and others. Thank you for your time.
