Name: Sarah Christine on Mar 12, 2008Comments: jPod single handedly revived my flagging interest in television. Its fresh, witty, and fun- not to mention the setting is my hometown of Vancouver, in its true guise- not Vancouver masquerading as another North American city. Please reverse THE BIGGEST MISTAKE that the CBC has made in ages. jPod made TV, and the CBC, fun and exciting again.Flag

Name: E.F. on Mar 15, 2008Comments: jPod was compared to showas like Little Mosque on the Prairie by the amount of viewers. First of all, Little Mosque on the Prairie was publicized all over the place, weeks before the show even came on (bus stops, commercials, ect.). jPod got none whatsoever and changed airing times without notice. CBC should definitely count online viewers, especially because they did this.Flag

Name: Thomas Agar on Apr 1, 2008Comments: This is a great, intelligent, show, that although not living up to the novel, at least shows signs of a CBC willing to work beyond it's normal supposedly Canadian cultural propagation. For once, i had a show on the CBC that I could identify with, and they cancel it! Probably for some more Anne Murray!!!Flag

Name: Anonymous on Apr 1, 2008Comments: Last season every new show I became invested in was cancelled, so I decided not to start into any new shows this year. But for one reason or another, I decided to give jPod a try. The show is terrific! With great characters, original storylines, and even a good soundtrack (featuring several Canadian artists), I have to say I was surprised to find it on the CBC at all. I will continue to support Mr. Coupland by reading his books, but Im not sure that the CBC will be able to rope me into another doomed series.Flag

Name: Brian Pyle on Apr 10, 2008Comments: This is groundbreaking television, so well-balanced and fully realized in it's first season it's hard to imagine CBC finding anything even remotely as good for a replacement. A show like JPOD could truly develop a massive devoted following much in the vein of Trailer Park Boys and even larger if allowed to grow. Such an odd decision to cancel a show with such promise, an extreme lack of foresight and sense. WOW!Flag
