   Comments: One area that needs to be looked at is the past 40 years of robbing from the downstate teacher 's person. It has never been fully funded by the state as promised.. This is not the fault of the teacher's. We have fulfilled our end but not the state. Some of our money was used for Chicago. Making teacher's teach to 67 is not a good idea for most teachers. We can not use social security as our main pension as most people can. Your attention to all the robbing the state has done in numerous areas is needed now. We are known as a state that does Corrupt Political Math. If my familywasn't in farming I would leave.
