    Comments: This surgery is available all the time, not part time/none of the time like the many other surgeries that we are expected to sign up to. The letter they sent out mentions 'duplication', this surgery does what ALL the others do put together! If this surgery has a problem, it is because it is Ilkeston's best kept secret. For those in the know, it is fantastic.

    Comments: Although I do not live in Ilkeston, my daughter and her family do and I visit them at least once a week, staying all day and into the evening. Being elderly, I have, on more than one occasion, taken ill whilst there and have needed to make use of the walk-in centre, and the immediate attention that I received saved me hours if not days of ppain and discomfort. A town of the size of Ilkeston greatly needs a facility like this, and peoples welfare should take priority over cost.

    Comments: Gutted to hear our practice is closing. The staff are fantastic, the service second to none and the hours suit the hectic family schedule most people have today. Since we changed practice I have not needed to take a single minute off work or take my boys out of school to attend an appointment. Other practices may be offering extended hours but only a few and those hours do not come any where near matching what the Ilkeston family practice currently offers.
