    Comments: my daughter couldn't get in to be seen for 9 days at our gp's practise I got her in at the walk in centre that evening, she had a chest infection and oral thrush, if that had waited 9 days i'm sure she would have needed hospital treatment... It shouldn't be closed down

    Comments: why if it is not used enough is it always almost fully booked when you call for an out of hours appointment. Will be greatly missed and will be worried as to where to go in an emergeny provides an excellent service.

    Comments: Recently my mother was taken seriously ill and wanted to see a doctor. Her surgery would not send a doctor out as she was 'mobile' and told us to use a walk in centre. At first we were told Ilkeston was shut and they tried to send us to Ripley, Long Eaton or Derby. So we know what will happen in future if Ilkeston closes. You will be sent wherever they want so long as you don't bother them!!!
