I spent Christmas morning pumping out water so I would not lose another hot water tank. Not that that was the only day I have to deal with this throughout the rain season. I shook my head at the city scrapping out the ditches because I knew what it meant.more water down hill. I know we are on a flood plain however the water from the above subdivision should be properly delt with not dumped on the neighbors below.Flag
