   Comments: This is a most valuble link to the country side and is used by hundreds of families for leisure rides at weekends. It is also used daily by many commuters into the city. The rest of the road to Bosham is unpleasant to cycle despite some cycle ways, as cars go too fast and too close to those on bikes.

   Comments: I regularly use th footpath because of safety concerns when walking or cycling through Fishbourne. It is becoming increasingly dangerous to walk or cycle on roads in Chichester/West Sussex. To close safer placeas to cycle or walk is becoming a think of the past. Wake up politicians.

   Comments: It is extraordinary to push cyclists onto a fast national speed limit road as the only riding route to the East of Chichester. Completely against the many initiatives to encourage cycling for shorter journeys, just endorsed by NICE.

    Comments: I use this route a lot for both cycling and walking and feel that it is a huge asset for the people of Chichester who wish to walk and cycle safely. It is totally unacceptable to consider closing this highly used path.

    Comments: Emperor way is a vital link for cyclists, schoolchildren and other pedestrians. The Roman Palace should be ashamed of themselves for even contemplating such a move.
