1. If there is a Legislation banning the children of the people in position of Authority from schooling abroad, they will be forced to pay attention to the public schools and Education Advancement in Nigeria as a whole. 2. If one sector i.e the Educational sector improves, there is going to be a chain reaction in other sectors as there will be a drive for change and improvement. 3. This will abruptly put an END to brain drain thereby boosting the economic and structural progress of the country.
