Name: Wayne Eggleston on Apr 1, 2012Comments: We have had a 3 story height limit for many years and there are no new three stories on Ave. Del Mar. What does that tell us? The 3 stories are on adjacent streets and the one at Victoria and Ole Vista, not only the ugliest building in San Clemente, but has had a huge turnover of tenants. DBA should not try to compete with the Marblehead development for sq.ft. They need to do exactly the opposite and make the T-zone into a very walkable place with minimum building impact.Flag

Name: Alan Heffernan on Apr 2, 2012Comments: As a designer and contractor I am hesitant to put limits on property owners, architects and developers. In this case I must defer to my love on San Clemente and its small scale home town feel. Please limit the height of properties that have a zero lot line facing El Camino Real.Flag
