"diligent sterawdship of the city of san clemente, to maintain its rich character and history is vital for the heritage of our community".
I believe that the hisorical buildings in San clemente should be preserved as is done in European countries. It is part of our heritage and gives us identity an anfeeling of uniqueness.
Two stories max. stick to the plan.
Stop the overdevelopment. We dont need another ugly condo block blocking the ocean views.
Please keep it small. Once you pave over the charm of this town you can never get it back.

I live and work in San Clemente. Don't ruin a good thing by overbuilding.

That's why we bought a home in San Clemente . . . Because it is so quaint. Keep downtown quaint!
