Dota has always been a community game, spurred on by community efforts, for community benefits. When Valve got involved with Dota2, the community was exuberant in respect to the manner in which Valve has actively helped this game that we love soar to greater heights.
However, the recent privacy policy by Valve has stymmied a significant community project- Dotabuff.com. In response to this, we should do our part to let Valve know that inasmuch as we appreciate their efforts, we feel that community efforts like Dotabuff should be supported and kept running.
