We will tell you the reason why we believe that YouTube should stop suspending accounts who made our favorite crossover videos and fanfiction.

For starters, crossovers are also known as fan-works. Most of which are made by Disney fans who rely on YouTube to share both fan-made projects and opinions of each others' crossovers. There are also some people who just enjoy watching these crossovers because it's like watching their favorite movies for the first time all over again.

Another reason why it's important to stop suspending accounts for crossovers is because YouTube is a popular sight for future movie makers who start off writing fan-fiction and want to transform their literary into visionary, just like how the books of past and present have been transformed into feature films or adapted as stage musicals. Granted, it is wise to ask for legal permission first, but that should only be limited to those who intend on profiting. People on YouTube aren't interesting in making money from crossovers. They just want to share their creative editing with friends all over.

Third of all, suspending accounts for fan-made crossovers is a way of YouTube to give itself a bad image. YouTube is not only site for uploading a sharing videos but also creating friends who are great distances apart. These are friends who build strong bonds by common interest, and their fan-made videos are a way of showing such interests. By terminating account, YouTube would also divide and possible terminate such well-bonded friendships. A user who is suspended for making a crossover might become too scared to continue making fan work or even returning to YouTube with a new account.

Lastly, crossovers on YouTube should be highly tolerable consider what else has plagued the site. While YouTube has become a home for many friends with common interests, it's also a place where many internet trolls and cyberbullies will roam about, harassing people they don't know for stuff that they were never forced to look at. There are also spam videos that make their way onto YouTube. If these inconveniences are allowed to be on YouTube, then fan-made crossovers should also be permitted.
