Cooper Green has been a staple in the Jefferson County community. This Hospital provides health care mainly for the under-insured and the un-insured members of our community. In signing this petition you stand with us in saying; ‘I support Cooper Green Mercy Hospital in Remaining Open with One Hundred and One Beds. I Support the In-patient, Out-patient and the Emergency Care programs at Cooper Green Mercy Hospital. I am asking the Jefferson County Commission to Establish a Health Care Authority for the Survival of Cooper Green Mercy Hospital; so they may be allowed to continue caring for the Indigent members of the Jefferson County Community.
