Min Quan is a non-profit charitable organisation that provides support, education and resources to the UK Chinese community. In particular Min Quan has expertise in race relations and helping victims of racism. Min Quan is a branch of The Monitoring Group.
Aims of Min Quan
1. To provide legal, moral and practical support to Chinese people suffering racial harassment, domestic violence and policing problems;
2. To monitor the responses of institutions and authorities with regard to these issues;
3. To provide information and training on these issues; and
4. To support and liaise closely with other organisations to bring these issues to the public attention.
